About Oliver Aikens

Oliver is a securitisation lawyer at Freshfields in London specialising in financing transactions for fintech and specialist lending companies. He has over 15 years of experience as a lawyer, investment banker and fintech capital raiser, including commercial experience as an Executive Director in Morgan Stanley’s London securitisation team and as Chief Capital Officer at international fintech Prodigy Finance where he took the company from its first private warehouse facility through to $1bn of loan book financing. Oliver has experience advising lender and borrower clients on asset backed financing and portfolio disposal transactions involving residential mortgages, consumer loans, student loans, SME loans and trade receivables.
