About Dr. Mina Aryobsei
Mina specialises in litigation and internal investigations. She advises and represents national and international companies and financial institutions in all areas of business and commercial law.
Mina is also a member of the firm’s Global Business and Human Rights practice and advises clients in this area.
Mina speaks German, English, Pashto and Dari.
Mina studied law in Göttingen (Germany) and Nottingham (England). She also completed the additional studies in “Legal Integration in Europe” and she wrote her doctoral thesis about the Afghan constitution. Mina completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt, during which she also worked at the German Consulate General in New York. Mina was admitted to the Frankfurt bar as Rechtsanwältin in 2015. In 2019 she was seconded to the Freshfields Madrid office and in 2020 to Dr. Reiner Hall, attorney at the Federal Court of Justice in Karlsruhe.
