Laura is a corporate and M&A lawyer and a member of our Global Transactions Team.
She advises on national and international M&A transactions and general corporate matters. One of her key areas of practice is advising clients who are active in statutory regulated industries.
Laura speaks German and English.

- Representation of ASSA ABLOY on the acquisition of SKIDATA, a leading international provider of access systems for public spaces, such as tourist facilities, parking lots, sports stadiums, amusement parks and trade fairs, from Kudelksi Group.
- Advised Fresenius SE & Co. KGaA on its divestment of Eugin Group to global fertility group IVI RMA (a KKR portfolio company) and GED Capital.
- Representation of Excelra, an India-based data analytics provider to the global pharmaceutical industry, on the acquisition of BISC Global, a European data analytics company.
- Advised the founders and shareholders of Next Kraftwerke GmbH – Eneco, Neuhaus Partners, High Tech Gründerfonds and Hamburg FOR Mobile – on the sale of 100 percent of their shares to a multinational oil and gas company.*
- Advised EWE AG, one of Germany's largest municipal enterprises, on the establishment of a joint venture with Aloys Wobben Foundation, sole shareholder of wind turbine manufacturer ENERCON, to consolidate the onshore wind farm activities of both partners.*
- Representation of Synthos S.A., a key player in the global synthetic rubber market, on the acquisition of Trinseo's synthetic rubber operations, including manufacturing and research and development facilities.*
- Advised ABB Ltd., a leading global technology company that is active in the fields of electrification, robotics, automation and motion, on the separation of its turbocharging division (now: Accelleron Industries Ltd.) from ABB in preparation for its spin-off and listing on SIX Swiss Exchange*
- Advised Infrastructure Investments Fund on the acquisition of GETEC, one of Europe's leading sustainable energy service companies for real estate and industrial customers.*
