Laura is a corporate and M&A lawyer and a member of our Global Transactions Team.
She advises on national and international M&A transactions and general corporate matters. One of her key areas of practice is advising clients who are active in statutory regulated industries.
Laura speaks German and English.

- Advised the founders and shareholders of Next Kraftwerke GmbH – Eneco, Neuhaus Partners, High Tech Gründerfonds and Hamburg FOR Mobile – on the sale of 100 percent of their shares to Shell Overseas Investment B.V.*
- Advised EWE AG, one of Germany's largest municipal enterprises, on the establishment of a joint venture with Aloys Wobben Foundation, sole shareholder of wind turbine manufacturer ENERCON, to consolidate the onshore wind farm activities of both partners.*
- Representation of Synthos S.A., a key player in the global synthetic rubber market, on the acquisition of Trinseo's synthetic rubber operations, including manufacturing and research and development facilities.*
- Advised ABB Ltd., a leading global technology company that is active in the fields of electrification, robotics, automation and motion, on the separation of its turbocharging division (now: Accelleron Industries Ltd.) from ABB in preparation for its spin-off and listing on SIX Swiss Exchange*
- Representation of SECO S.p.A., a leading operator in the industry of technological innovation, the Internet of Things and Artificial Intelligence, on the acquisition of the entire share capital of Garz & Fricke Holding GmbH and its controlled companies (Garz & Fricke Group) and AF HMI Holding.*
- Representation of SoftBank Vision Fund II and Mubadala Capital on their investment as lead investors in the Series D financing of TIER Mobility.*
- Advised Infrastructure Investments Fund on the acquisition of GETEC, one of Europe's leading sustainable energy service companies for real estate and industrial customers.*
- Representation of German energy company E.ON SE on establishing a joint venture with Igneo Infrastructure Partners for the roll-out of high-speed broadband infrastructure in Germany.*
- Advised Grupa Pracuj S.A. on the acquisition of the German HR Software Management Firm Softgarden.*
