Jess is an associate in our London tax practice and advises institutional investors, corporates, financial institutions and management teams across a variety of business sectors.

Jess advises on the tax aspects of a range of transactional and advisory matters, including private and public M&A transactions, corporate and MIP restructurings and real estate acquisitions and developments.  

Jess joined Freshfields in 2025, having trained at another City firm, and spent time on secondment to Inflexion Private Equity Partners in 2023.
