About Katie Bentel

Katie is a London-based, dual-qualified senior associate in our global transactions team, specialising in equity capital markets.

Qualified in New York and England & Wales, Katie advises issuers, sponsors and underwriters on a wide range of equity capital markets transactions, as well as providing advice in relation to public M&A and broader corporate advisory and listed company matters.

In 2023/24, Katie was seconded to the Legal Division of the Financial Conduct Authority to support the delivery of the FCA’s proposals to reform the UK’s listing regime and to implement a new regime for public offers and admissions to trading on UK public markets.
