About Sofia Bernaciak

Sofia is an associate in our M&A practice in New York. Prior to joining Freshfields, Sofia was a corporate and finance associate in the New York office of an international law firm and separately with an Argentina-based law firm, where she represented domestic and international clients in cross-border transactions, including corporate, contractual and antitrust matters.
