About Laéna Bouafy
Laéna is an associate in our Paris-based antitrust, competition and trade team. Laéna joined the team in 2017 as a trainee and became an associate in 2018.
Laéna works on cases relating to all aspects of competition law, including merger control, cartels, State aid, abuses of dominant position, unfair commercial practices and consumer/distribution law issue.
Laéna also advises on questions relating to data protection, including on the implementation of the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in cross-country matters.
She is fluent in French and English.
