Celeste is an Associate in the Italian 'People and Reward' practice group of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, which she joined in 2024. She graduated with honors in law from LUISS Guido Carli University and was admitted to the Italian Bar in 2023.

She advises national and international companies on a wide range of employment related matters, including employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions, redundancies, reorganizations, hiring and termination.
