About Luca Casiraghi

Luca Casiraghi is an associate in our “Antitrust, competition and trade” practice group.

He advises on all areas of EU and Italian competition law. He has gained specific experience in merger control, foreign direct investments, cartels and abuses of dominance. Luca has also acquired a good expertise in providing support to antitrust-related litigation before administrative courts. He has advised multinational clients in these areas, having experience across a wide range of sectors such as energy, transport, tech and automotive.

Before joining the firm in 2020, Luca worked as stagiaire at the European Commission (Directorate-General Competition, Unit F4: Mergers in transport, posts and other services) and at the Italian Embassy to the People’s Republic of China (Economic and commercial office).

A native Italian speaker, he speaks English fluently and has some knowledge of Spanish.
