About Roy Chung
Roy Chung is a counsel based in our Hong Kong office with more than 15 years of in-house legal and private practice experience. He focuses his practice on private and public M&A transactions as well as general corporate matters for Hong Kong listed companies.
Prior to joining Freshfields, Roy was a legal director at Ant Group and Alibaba Group responsible for executing numerous investments and transactions across different sectors and regions.
Roy speaks Mandarin, Cantonese and English and he is dual qualified in Hong Kong and England & Wales.
