Laura has experience advising on debt capital markets transactions, corporate treasury loans, securitisations and other debt products. She is also involved in providing pro bono support on a number of social impact bonds.
During her time at Freshfields, Laura has spent six months seconded to the firm’s New York office where she assisted the finance team.
