  • Antin Infrastructure Partners on the acquisition of a stake in Babilou Family, Europe’s leading provider of company and community nurseries and major player in Early Years Education throughout the world;
  • Antin Infrastructure Partners on the financing aspects of its acquisition of Idex;
  • Charterhouse Capital Partners LLP and its portfolio companies, Stark International Lux S.à r.l and SERB SAS on SERB’s pending acquisition of the BTG Specialty Pharmaceuticals business from Boston Scientific Corporation;

  • Advising Antin Infrastructure Partners and its portfolio entity Almaviva in their refinancing of the leverage debt; and
  • Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ) and Ardian in relation to their  acquisition and financing of a significant stake in Alvest.
