About Alice Dawson-Loynes
Alice is a Senior Knowledge Lawyer in our Global Transactions practice.
Alice’s main area of expertise is loans, specialising in leveraged finance and corporate treasury/investment grade lending.
She is a member of leveraged finance LMA working party group and is a guest speaker for the LMA leveraged documentation training. She is actively engaged on the LIBOR transition and heads up an internal LIBOR working party group at Freshfields.
Prior to joining Freshfields, Alice’s experience included work as a senior attorney at Ropes & Gray in the finance/banking team in London and working for Clifford Chance in the London, Dubai and Hong Kong offices as an associate in the finance/banking team.
