About Michal Dobrowolski

Michal is part of our private M&A solutions group, our global financial investors team and our global transactions team. He is also a member of the CEE/CIS group, and has a proven track record in the region.

Michal is used to handling complex, high-profile transactions across multiple countries. He specialises in private M&A, with a focus on private equity transactions, public M&A, particularly public takeovers and squeeze-outs, as well as transactions in the energy, gas and telecoms sectors.

Beside German, Michal's mother tongue is Polish - extremely useful for his transactional work in central and eastern Europe (CEE). Due to his sector knowledge and experience advising on numerous M&A transactions in almost all of the CEE countries, he is often recommended for M&A advice in the region.
