Dr. Anna Dominke, MJur (Oxford) is a principal associate in our global transactions group.
She advises financial sponsors and corporations on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions. Anna has worked with many of the firm´s key financial sponsor clients and focuses on private capital transactions.
She is based in Frankfurt am Main and has spent time on secondment to our private capital team in London.
