Dr. Marie Drießnack is a member of our dispute resolution practice group and specialises in international arbitration, commercial litigation, complex mass proceedings and class actions.
Her practice includes business-to-business and business-to-consumer disputes in all areas of trade and business law. She has a particular focus on complex civil law cases with cross-border implications and cartel damage claims. She is a member of our firmwide global antitrust litigation group and very committed to the law clinic's pro bono mandate.
She speaks German, English and Spanish, and is conversational in Swedish and French.
