Vadim is a senior associate in our antitrust, competition, and trade practice based in New York.
Vadim assists clients on a range of antitrust issues relating to the US merger control and review process, multijurisdictional merger control, civil antitrust litigation, and investigations before the US Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
Prior to joining Freshfields, Vadim worked at an international law firm, where his practice focused on complex litigation, multijurisdictional merger control, and antitrust in the technology sector.
