About Laura Feldman
Laura has experience acting for retail and investment banks in complex and high-value contentious matters, typically with an international dimension. She has represented clients in the context of arbitration and litigation, as well as internal and regulatory investigations and enforcement action. Her recent experience includes regulatory investigations and litigation in response to cyber-attacks and cyber-fraud and complex hi-value multi-jurisdictional insolvencies.
She assists the Knowledge team, focusing on financial services litigation and investigations, financial crime and cyber-security.
Alongside professional practice, Laura is a Lecturer in Private Law at the University of Oxford and Visiting Professor in Law at King's College London.
