About Tina Fokter Cuvan
Tina is an Associate in our Global Transactions team and part of tech and data group in Vienna.
Her areas of expertise include providing strategic counsel on the EU Digital Strategy (Data Act and AI Act, among others), technology and innovation, data commercialization, data privacy, and regulation in tech and digital spaces. Tina regularly advises both domestic and international businesses on diverse transactional matters, such as carve-outs, separation and integration, information technology and commercial agreements. She advises companies on complex software-related contractual arrangements.
Tina's work extends across a spectrum of industries, including technology, automotive, software development, telecommunications, legal tech and financial institutions.
Tina speaks English, German, French, Spanish and Slovenian.
