Sara is a counsel in our global Antitrust, Competition and Trade Group based in Paris.

She advises on all aspects of EU and French competition law, with a particular focus on the regulatory aspects of cross-border deals and antitrust investigations.

With over 10 years’ experience, Sara has represented clients before the European Commission, the French Competition Authority and the Paris Court of Appeal on a broad range of transactional and behavioural mandates. She has a significant experience managing international transactions and defending clients’ interests in cartel and dominance investigations.

Sara represents clients from various industry sectors, with a particular focus on industrials, consumer goods, energy and infrastructure, as well as financial sponsors.
