  • Advising Blackstone / Round Hill on the sale of retail and residential portfolios in Hamburg
  • Advising Xior Sudent Housing on its acquisition of a portfolio of student accomodation assets (value approx. EUR 1 billion) in Germany, Sweden, Denmark and Polen developed and operated by BaseCamp 
  • Advising PGIM on the sale of Rossmarkt 18 to ABG
  • Advising Advent International on the acquisition of SABIC's global polycarbonate business
  • Advising LANXESS on the acquisition of Theseo from Avril Group
  • Advising Universal-Investment on various project developments in Germany, EU and the US, in particular on the acquisition of the urban project development "Die Macherei" in Munich and the acquisition of the Brickell Towers in Miami, US
