- IK Partners on its acquisition of a majority stake in IG&H, a leading consulting firm and a market leader in complex end-to-end digital transformation
- IK Partners on its acquisition of GoodLife Foods a leading European manufacturer of frozen snacks with over 700 employees and six production sites in the Netherlands, Belgium and Denmark
- CVC Capital Partners on its acquisition of a majority stake in World of Talents NV, an international platform of HR companies specializing in bottleneck professions and talent management
- CVC Capital Partners on its acquisition of a majority stake in the Urus Group, a global leader in dairy and beef artificial insemination genetics, reproduction, and farm management data systems, products and services
- CVC Capital Partners on its acquisition of ekaterra B.V. (Lipton Teas and Infusions), the holding company of Unilever’s global tea business
