About Donna Faye Imadi

Donna-Faye is an Associate in our antitrust, competition, and trade practice, based in Washington, DC. Donna Faye assists clients with mergers, civil litigation, and trade. Her capabilities expand to working on counseling matters for ESG initiatives as well as filings to the Committee of Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS).

Prior to joining Freshfields, Donna Faye worked as a Law Clerk for two years with the Honorable Richard E. Moore at the 16th Judicial Circuit Court in the State of Virginia. Additionally, she was a Summer Law Clerk at the Federal Trade Commission’s Tech Enforcement Division. 

She serves as the President of the Council of American Ambassadors Annenberg Fellowship Alumni Association, as a former U.S CAA Annenberg Fellow at the US State Department in the Summer of 2018, invited to return from her previous role as an intern at the US State Department in 2017. She also formerly interned on the Capitol Hill in the House of Representatives.

During her time at the University of Virginia School of Law she was a New Writer for the Virginia Law Weekly, Vice President of Virginia Law Women, and recognized as a Ritter Scholarship Award Recipient for honor, character and integrity.
