About Jamaal Jackson
Jamaal is an associate in our Global Transactions practice group and advises on commercial, intellectual property, technology and data matters.
Jamaal advises corporates and private equity sponsors on a broad range of transactions including acquisitions and disposals, carve-outs, licensing, outsourcing and other complex commercial transactions across numerous sectors including technology, financial services, media and energy.
During his time at Freshfields, Jamaal has been seconded to our New York office, sitting in the Corporate M&A team.
