Rosie is an associate in our New York office focusing on fund formation and secondaries transactions. Prior to joining Freshfields, Rosie was an associate at a global law firm where she advised a wide range of private equity and private capital fund sponsors on fund structure and investment strategy. She also has experience advising clients on entity formation, securities law compliance matters and secondaries.
