About Vincent Ko
Vincent Ko is an associate in the Global Transactions Group of our Hong Kong office. His practice focuses on a wide range of corporate transactional and advisory work including public and private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, and corporate restructurings.
In 2020, Vincent was on secondment as Legal Counsel to private equity firm Lone Star Funds. Prior to joining Freshfields, Vincent worked in the Hong Kong offices of two other major US law firms. He completed the BA Law Tripos at the University of Cambridge and is admitted to practice in Hong Kong and New York.
Vincent speaks fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
