Sarah is an associate in our Global Transactions team based in Abu Dhabi, the UAE.
She advises private equity and corporate clients on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, takeovers, corporate governance and general corporate law matters. Prior to joining the Abu Dhabi team, Sarah trained at Freshfields’ London office.
Additional Information
- advising global asset manager and operator, Keppel Corporation, on its acquisition of leading European real estate manager, Aermont Capital, for approx. $1 billion;
- advising General Atlantic on its additional investment in Argus Media Group;
- advising multinational oil and gas company in preparation of DD report for sell-side pipeline auction process;
- advising Permira on its £703 million public takeover of Ergomed plc; and
- advising Novartis in a spin-off of its generics and biosimilars division, Sandoz.
