About Reinout Leys
Reinout is a senior consultant in our antitrust, competition and trade group, who joined the Brussels office in 2016. His practice covers EU and multijurisdictional merger control, antitrust investigations and related litigation, both at a national and the EU level.
Reinout has significant experience advising clients in cartel investigations in Belgium and around the world. He has been involved in complex multijurisdictional merger investigations with remedy negotiations and in litigation before the EU Courts. Reinout also advises clients on antitrust compliance in various industries, including the pharmaceutical sector, the chemical industry and the food grocery retail sector.
Reinout holds a Master of Laws from the Catholic University of Leuven and an LL.M from the University of Chicago Law School. He speaks English, Dutch and French.
