- Advised Getir on its acquisition of Gorillas.
- Advised Accenture on the acquisition of Sentia's business in the Netherlands, Bulgaria and Belgium.
- Advised Warburg Pincus and Apax on their acquisition of T-Mobile Netherlands.
Qualifications
Tijn studied Dutch law & IT law at the University of Groningen. He graduated from the University of Groningen in Corporate Law.
