About Dr. Lars Meyer
Lars acts for corporate clients, financial investors and founders on M&A, complex reorganizations, carve-outs and growth investments, and is particularly active in the life sciences, tech and media sectors. He co-heads Freshfields' global TMT group and is a relationship partner for a number of the firm's major clients.
Lars has a global practice spanning Germany, Continental Europe, the US, the UK, many parts of Asia and the Middle East, and works closely in particular with the firm's Silicon Valley office.
He is based in Frankfurt and Berlin, having previously worked in Freshfields' Singapore and London offices and at a multinational consumer goods corporation in Mumbai.
