About Rodrigo Millan

Rodrigo focuses on investment and commercial arbitration in Latin America.

Rodrigo has advised clients of a wide variety of sectors, including construction, oil and gas, telecommunications, banking, aviation industry, infrastructure and mining, and has acted in arbitrations under ICSID, PCA, ICC, and UNCITRAL rules.

Rodrigo graduated as a lawyer from the University of Montevideo and obtained his LLM with high distinction at the University of Columbia.

Before joining Freshfields, Rodrigo worked at a leading law firm in Uruguay, representing international clients in commercial and investor-state arbitrations and large construction projects.

Rodrigo is fluent in English and Spanish.
