Dylan is a Law Clerk in our New York office focusing on M&A and corporate matters. Prior to joining Freshfields, Dylan served as an intern at the Center for Ethics and Rule of Law in Philadelphia. He conducted research in conjunction with the legal ethics group CREW in Washington D.C. contributing to a comprehensive report critically analyzing U.S. Department of Justice practices under Attorney General William Barr.
