Shavonne is an English qualified associate in our Global Transactions group. She advises on a wide spectrum of cross border corporate matters, including M&A, joint ventures, reorganisations, and capital raisings. Her experience spans various sectors, including digital infrastructure and life sciences, where she supports financial sponsors and strategic clients on complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions. She also regularly assists with broader corporate advisory work across a range of industries.
