About Elaine Pajeot
Elaine is an associate in our Paris-based antitrust, competition and trade team. Before joining the team in 2019, Elaine was an associate in the Paris-based antitrust practice of another Magic Circle law firm since 2017.
Elaine works on cases relating to all aspects of competition law, including abuses of dominant position, cartels, merger control, State aid, unfair commercial practices and consumer/distribution law issue.
Elaine also advises on questions relating to data protection, including on the implementation of the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in cross-country matters.
Elaine is registered at the Paris Bar.
She is fluent in French and English.
