Pauline is a senior associate in our Dispute Resolution practice, based in our Hong Kong office.
She has advised and acted for clients in complex cross-border disputes across a wide range of sectors before the PRC and Hong Kong courts and in arbitrations before the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC), International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), China International Economics and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) and Shanghai International Arbitration Center (SHIAC). Pauline also has extensive experience in regulatory investigations and compliance matters. Pauline joined Freshfields in 2019. Prior to that, Pauline worked for around six years with a leading PRC law firm in Shanghai.
Pauline is admitted to practice in New York and has passed the PRC bar exam. She speaks fluent Mandarin, English and French.
