About Hinda Rabkin
Hinda Rabkin is a senior associate in our international arbitration group.
Hinda is trained in common and civil law and has extensive experience as counsel in commercial and investment treaty arbitrations in English and Spanish conducted under the ICSID, ICC, LCIA and UNCITRAL arbitration rules. Her practice covers a range of industries including energy, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, mining and infrastructure.
Hinda began her career as Assistant Legal Counsel at the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague, providing assistance to tribunals in investment treaty and inter-State disputes. Prior to joining Freshfields, she worked in arbitration in the Paris office of another international law firm as well in the legal department of UNESCO.
Hinda is fluent in English, French, Spanish, Russian and Hebrew.
