About Lisa Reisch

Lisa is an Associate in our Corporate, M&A team and focuses on advising clients on corporate matters as well as domestic and cross-border M&A-transactions.

She studied law at the University of Vienna and business administration at the Vienna University of Economics and Business. During her studies she gained work experience in various Austrian law firms, clerked at the court and worked for a leading advisory firm.

Before joining the firm, Lisa successfully completed her Corporate Law LL.M. at New York University (NYU) and passed the New York Bar Examination. 

She is fluent in German and English, and has a basic knowledge of Spanish and Italian.
