Bethan is a corporate senior associate and a member of the firm’s financial institutions team.
Bethan is a senior associate in London, advising on public and private M&A, corporate reorganisations, corporate governance and disclosure obligations for a range of listed and unlisted clients. During her time at Freshfields, Bethan has also spent time on secondment to the M&A Legal team at Barclays.
