Judith specialises in management and remuneration matters as well as public and private M&A matters – in particular for private equity sponsors and corporate clients.

Her practice covers the full range of individual and collective employment law, including employment and benefit related corporate governance aspects and boardroom matters. 

Judith has special expertise in designing remuneration systems for public companies and financial institutions as well as in customising incentive and stock option programmes. 

She has vast experience advising on all employment and benefit related aspects in private and public transactions on a multi-jurisdictional level, with a special focus on the tech-sector.

She speaks German and English.
