Constanze is Associate in our practice group Global Transactions (Corporate / M&A).
She focusses on M&A transactions (private and public), joint ventures, general corporate and capital market law as well as reorganisations. Constanze has advised clients from a wide range of industries, including the consumer, energy, tech and automotive sector.
She speaks German and English.

- Porsche Automobil Holding SE in relation to the €9.4bn IPO of Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG and the €10.1bn acquisition of 25%+1 of the voting rights in Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG, including its shareholders agreement with Volkswagen AG
- Beiersdorf AG on the US acquisition of the Chantecaille skin care business from Chantecaille Beauté Inc and further projects
- Knorr-Bremse AG on the acquisition of a minority stake from Bosch in two joint ventures with Bosch following a shareholder litigation
- thyssenkrupp AG on the sale and carve-out of its mining plant technology business to FLSmidth
- CompuGroup Medical on various M&A transactions and joint ventures, including the acquisitions of eMDs and VISUS Health IT
