About Benjamin Sanchez
Benjamin is an associate in our antitrust, competition and trade practice, based in Washington, DC.
Benjamin focuses his practice on antitrust issues and commercial transactions in the transportation industry. His work includes advising clients on transaction related filings and investigations as well as general counseling. He is uniquely positioned to advise aviation sector clients on their most pressing business questions as he previously worked in corporate strategy for a major US-based airline. He has also worked at regional transportation agencies and transportation-focused start-ups.
Additionally, Benjamin received his Master of Science degree in Transportation from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He wrote his thesis on the legal, regulatory, and commercial implications of new revenue management and distribution technologies on the airline industry. He is an active member of the American Bar Association’s Antitrust Section where he is a Young Lawyer Representative on the Transportation and Energy Industries Committee.
