About Victoria Sigeti

Victoria is a partner in our private capital group.  She specialises in advising some of the world's largest financial sponsors on complex acquisitions, investments and exits.

Her client base covers private equity houses, pension funds, sovereign wealth funds and corporates.

She chairs the BVCA's legal committee and was recognised as a rising star by Legal Business in 2016, a Private Equity Deal Star in 2023 and in The Lawyer's Hot 100 in 2020.

Victoria speaks English and German.

  • Acting for Cinven on the acquisitions of Partnerships in Care, Spire Healthcare, Host Europe, Viridium, Premium Credit, Kurt Geiger, Partner in Petfood, Ufinet, One.com, Arcaplanet, IFGL and a stake in Visma, on the IPO of Spire Healthcare, the exits from NPS, Visma and Premium Credit and the significant strategic investment in Alter Domus.
  • Acting for Cinven and CPPIB on the acquisition of Hotelbeds and for Cinven, CPPIB and Hotelbeds on the acquisitions of Tourico, GTA and Holiday Taxis.
  • Acting for Cinven and Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board on an investment in the combination of group.ONE and the dogado group.
  • Acting for CPPIB on its investment in CeramTec.
  • Acting for CVC Capital Partners on its acquisition of Rayner Surgical Group and its investment in Spectrum Medical group.

  • Acting for 3i Group on its investment in Scandlines, the acquisition of the Barclays’ infrastructure funds business and the disposal of its debt management business.
