Sab specialises in life sciences and industrials patent disputes, including national and UPC proceedings.
Prior to joining Freshfields, Sab worked in the patent disputes team of a global firm in Melbourne on national and multi-jurisdictional life sciences, medical devices, mining, and construction patent disputes.
Sab also has experience in trade mark disputes and prosecution.
