Bradley is a Senior Associate in our Global Transactions group and a member of the firm’s financial institutions team.
Bradley advises a variety of private and public companies (typically regulated financial services institutions) on a broad range of corporate, commercial and governance issues in a transactional, contentious and advisory context. During his time at Freshfields, Bradley has spent time on secondment to the firm’s Abu Dhabi office and the London Stock Exchange Group.
