Xiaoxi is a senior associate in our antitrust, competition, and trade practice, based in New York.

Xiaoxi defends clients during their most pressing antitrust litigation matters, including at trial and on appeal when necessary. She assists clients through the entire litigation life cycle and is well versed at the economic underpinnings that impact litigation and the merger control process as a whole. She also has experience representing clients in class action litigation. Her cases have spanned a number of different industries, including: entertainment, financial services, tech, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and hospitality.

In addition to her litigation work, Xiaoxi also counsels clients on transformative acquisitions, advocating for them before critical regulators, responding to requests during the merger control process, and helping to ensure smooth deal closure. She has also counseled clients facing antitrust investigations before regulators.

Xiaoxi has also spent time on secondment with a major international investment bank where she managed their antitrust litigation and regulatory case load. She is fluent in Mandarin.
