About Allard van Duijn
Allard is an associate (advocaat) in the IP/IT team in our firm's Amsterdam office. He has experience in litigating complex patent disputes involving a wide range of technologies, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, telecommunications, semiconductors and software. Furthermore, he has experience in advising clients in various SEP and telecommunications matters, including the technical and legal analysis of allegations of standard-essentiality as well as antitrust (FRAND) defences.
