Hendrik is a member of our energy and natural resources sector group and advises clients in the energy sector. He has particular expertise in the area of energy litigation, energy compliance, energy-related M&A and energy regulatory issues including carbon pricing. Hendrik leads the regulatory section of the firm’s global hydrogen group. 

Furthermore, Hendrik advises on all aspects of European and German competition law including merger control, cartel investigations and follow-on damages actions.
