About Charlotte Witherington
Charlotte is a senior associate in our financial services group and advises on financial services and regulatory matters.
She advises clients on the impact and implementation of the latest financial services legal developments as well as regulatory aspects of M&A and other transactions involving financial institutions. She also regularly advises clients in the areas of conduct of business issues, client assets requirements and change in control approval requirements. She has particular expertise in the payment services sector and has worked on a range of PSD2 implementation and advisory matters. She also has a special interest in the commodity trading sector and has worked on a number of projects involving REMIT and MAR. Charlotte has undertaken secondments at J.P. Morgan.
