Anastasiia is an associate in our English law finance practice group in Vienna and a member of the Global Transactions Group.
She focuses on the central and eastern European market and has advised borrowers and financial institutions on commercial lending, project finance, sovereign financing, and debt restructurings transactions.
Anastasiia speaks English, Ukrainian, Russian and German.
Recent work
- Advising Razor Group on financing the acquisition of Valoreo, a leading e-commerce company based in Latin America
- Advising Razor Group on financing the acquisition of The Stryze Group, a leading e-commerce player in Germany, and assisting with the parallel Series C extension financing round
