About Iris Zhou
Iris is an associate in our antitrust, competition, and trade practice group based in Washington DC.
Iris helps clients navigate the antitrust aspects of multinational mergers and acquisitions, inquiries and appearances before the US Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission, as well as guiding clients through complex compliance frameworks. She also has experience navigating clients through behavioral merger conditions imposed by the Chinese State Administration for Market Regulation.
Iris has worked for clients across a number of industries including: technology, media, and telecommunications; industrial manufacturing; natural resources; and automotive and mobility.
